As outlined within the Children and Families Act (2014), all areas will need to implement the SEND reforms from September 2014. These information packs include useful top tips for implementation and draw together a number of helpful resources and case study learning from the pathfinder champion programme to support local areas in implementing the SEND reforms themselves. These packs, and future iterations, will support the work of the regional pathfinder champions by demonstrating learning from across the whole programme.
Since the first versions of the Information Packs, published in June 2013, the packs have been updated and new sections and case studies added. Where this has occured this has been noted within the packs.
