This publication reports on the progress to improve health and social care provision for people with learning disabilities in line with the recommendation of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and Local Government Ombudsman in their March 2009 investigation ‘Six Lives’. It contains information and views from a range of people and groups including local authorities and the NHS.
